INSTRUCTION

Read all the instructions before starting.
You will need a mirror and a clock or watch with a seconds indicator.

Step 1

Use clean hands to take the paste out of the plastic.
Mix the paste quickly together for 20 seconds until fully blended into one colour.
ATTENTION: The paste begins to harden after mixing so proceed directly to Step 2.

Step 2

Roll the paste into a sausage and put it in the tray. Make sure you put more in the front (at the front teeth). Press the paste down with the thumbs.

Make sure the paste follows the line of the tray.
ATTENTION: Use all the paste provided.

Step 3

While standing in front of a mirror put the tray in your mouth and place the front teeth in the middle of the paste.

In one quick move, push the tray straight up hard with the thumbs under the molars. Make sure that your lip comes over the front of the tray.

Keep the tray in place for three minutes in order to harden.

ATTENTION: Do not move you mouth or talk in order to prevent disfiguration of the impression.

Step 4

Remove the tray from your mouth by moving the handle of the tray up and down, in this way the tray will easily come loose.

ATTENTION: Leave the paste in the tray.

Step 5

Using capital letters fill in all the details on the fill-out form and write your name on the label of the tray.

Put the form and your impression in the pre-paid envelope.

 Step 6

Send the impression back to GuardKit in order to prevent the impression from drying out. Within 2-3 weeks your custom made mouthguard will a be sent back to you.
